Birthday Party Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for booking a birthday party or private event at AG Little Divas Party Inc..
By booking a party, the client agrees to the following terms.

2. Party Package
All packages include spa packages and spa activities are only for girls as described on our website or booking invoice.
The number of girls will be confirmed 5 (five) days prior to the event. Additional girls may be added at an additional fee per girl unless otherwise stated in the package. Adding additional girls or services will automatically extend the party by 30 minutes for an additional fee based on the selected package.
3. Spa Services Policy
Our spa packages are designed specifically for girls.
For this reason, spa services during girls spa parties are reserved exclusively for girls.
Any spa services for boys must be scheduled separately and are subject to availability.
By booking a party, the host acknowledges and agrees to follow this policy.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain the intended spa experience for all guests.
4. Adult Attendance Policy
Due to venue capacity, we recommend one adult per child attending the party.
Other than parents or siblings of the birthday girl, additional adults will be subject to a $15 per person fee, which will be added to the final invoice.
5. Final Guest Count
The final number of girls attending the party must be confirmed 5 days prior to the event date.
The host will be charged for the number of guests confirmed at that time, even if some guests do not attend on the day of the party.
6. Arrival & Party Time
Parties must start and end at the reserved time. Guests should arrive on time so all services and activities can be completed. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or skipped services.
The party must end at the scheduled time so the salon can prepare for the next scheduled event.
7. Parent Area Policy
The adult accompanying the child is kindly asked to remain in the designated parent area during the party.
Parents may briefly enter the spa area to take photos but should return to the parent area so staff can provide services without interruption.
8. Outside Food Policy
Outside food is not permitted. If you prefer to bring or order outside food, a $100 fee will be applied to cover setup and cleanup services. Plates and utensils are not included for additional food.
Birthday cakes are welcome at no additional cost.
9. Service Fee and Gratuity
The service fee covers administrative costs, party setup, and staff coordination for the event.
Gratuity for spa staff is not included in the party package price but is greatly appreciated.
Agreement
By booking a party at AG Little Divas Kids Spa, the host acknowledges that they have read and agree to all party policies and terms listed above.
